This site was created by a collector who believes art deserves a better place to live online.
I have always loved discovering new artists, collecting work that stays with me, and supporting the people behind it. Some of my best friends are artists, and over time I have come to appreciate not just the finished piece, but the work, risk, obsession, and persistence it takes to create it.
I also occasionally curate for galleries, which has given me a deeper respect for the relationship between artists, galleries, and collectors. At its best, that relationship is not transactional. It is built on discovery, trust, enthusiasm, and connection.
What I kept running into, though, was that most social platforms were not built for art. They were built for distraction. Art would show up between ads, arguments, politics, algorithms, and everything else fighting for attention. A little bit of art, buried inside a lot of noise.
I wanted something different.
- A place where collectors could show the work they love.
- A place where artists could be discovered without having to compete with everything else on the internet.
- A place where galleries could present artists and available works to people who are actually there for art.
This is a home for art obsession, artistic discovery, and the people who make collecting feel personal.
