Welcome to Kovett. Kovett is a platform for discovering, saving, following, sharing, and appreciating artwork, artists, galleries, and collections. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Kovett and the responsibilities of everyone who uses the platform.
By creating an account, uploading content, browsing the site, or otherwise using Kovett, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Kovett. If you are using Kovett on behalf of a gallery, business, organization, or other entity, you confirm that you have permission to act on its behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. You are also responsible for activity that happens through your account.
Kovett is a platform for art discovery and connection. Collectors can showcase collections, follow artists, save works, and discover new art. Artists can share their work and build visibility. Galleries can present artists, list available works, and connect with collectors.
Kovett does not claim ownership of artwork uploaded or displayed by users.
All artwork, images, photographs, text, and creative works displayed on Kovett remain the property of their respective owners, including artists, galleries, collectors, photographers, estates, or other rights holders.
By uploading or posting content to Kovett, you confirm that you own the content or have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, or authority to share it.
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading content to Kovett, you grant Kovett a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, store, reproduce, resize, format, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Kovett platform.
This license does not give Kovett ownership of your artwork or images.
Artwork, images, and creative works displayed on Kovett may not be used to train, develop, improve, test, or support artificial intelligence models, machine learning systems, image-generation tools, datasets, or similar technologies.
Users, bots, crawlers, scrapers, automated systems, and third parties may not copy, download, scrape, harvest, extract, or otherwise collect images or artwork from Kovett for AI-related purposes.
Kovett is built to support artists, collectors, and galleries. It is not a source for AI training data.
You are responsible for anything you upload, post, save, list, describe, or share on Kovett.
You agree not to upload or share content that:
Kovett may remove content that violates these Terms or that we believe may create legal, safety, or platform integrity concerns.
Artists and galleries may use Kovett to display works, promote available artwork, and connect with collectors.
Collectors may use Kovett to showcase works they own, follow artists and galleries, and save artwork they admire.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, Kovett is not a party to any sale, purchase, commission, consignment, representation agreement, or other transaction between users. Any transaction, communication, agreement, or dispute between users is the responsibility of the users involved.
Kovett is intended to be a focused, respectful space for art discovery. You agree to use the platform in a way that supports artists, galleries, collectors, and the broader art community.
You may not use Kovett to harass users, impersonate others, misrepresent your relationship to an artist or gallery, artificially manipulate engagement, or misuse the platform for spam or unrelated promotion.

We work to keep Kovett available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time.
Kovett may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, infringe rights, create risk for other users, or use Kovett in a way that conflicts with the purpose of the platform.
You may stop using Kovett at any time.
Kovett is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that artwork information, artist details, gallery listings, availability, pricing, provenance, or other user-provided information is accurate, complete, or current.
Users are responsible for verifying details before entering into any transaction or agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kovett and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Kovett is not responsible for disputes between users, including disputes involving artwork sales, ownership claims, authenticity, pricing, delivery, payment, representation, or communication.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of Kovett after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
